Abstract

When cultivating swallow nests, swallow business owners experience problems with the security of swallow houses from theft. Because the swallow house is located far from the business owner's house. This makes monitoring and control of swallow houses less than optimal. Based on this, a swiftlet house security system was created that can monitor and control swiftlet houses using the Internet of Things, so that swiftlet business owners can receive information about the condition of swiftlet houses through the application. This system can monitor and detect light, movement and doors at the swallow house, then send notifications to the swallow business owner. As well as controlling the windows of the swallow house to increase the security of the swallow house and protect the swallow from potential danger or external interference. The swallow house security system uses a BH1750 sensor to detect light, an Ultrasonic sensor as a movement detector, a Magnetic Door Switch Sensor to detect the position of the door when it is open or closed, and a Servo Motor which functions to control the controls on the swallow house windows. With this security system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users, especially swallow house entrepreneurs, to monitor and control swallow houses using an Android application and prevent and reduce greater losses.
